Another signing for the Wellington Phoenix women

Another signing for the Wellington Phoenix women

50-cap Football Ferns defender C.J. Bott returns home after four seasons with Leicester City.

Bott is the first signing by newly appointed coach Bev Priestman.

The fan experience is set to be transformed at Auckland's Stanley Street tennis centre, thanks to $1.5 million dollars in funding from the council.

The aim is to future-proof the annual ASB Classic tournaments, with the total bill for refurbishments - including a canopy roof - estimated to be $15 million.

The roof will be open on the sides to allow the Classic to retain its status as an outdoor tournament ... the aim is to have it finished in time for the 20-27 event.
