Police are investigating a house fire in Wairoa last night

Police are investigating a house fire in Wairoa last night

The house on Apatu Street, which was vacant, sustained substantial damage and so did a neighbouring property.

Enquiries are ongoing, but Police believe the fire is not connected to any gang-related incidents in Wairoa earlier this month.
