    An alleged shoplifter's sweet tooth has landed him in court


    Police have been looking into a spate of shoplifting in South Auckland in recent weeks, mainly from supermarkets.

    In one case 241 Whittaker's chocolate bars were taken - worth more than 1300-dollars.

    A 37-year-old man's been charged with multiple counts of burglary and shoplifting, and will re-appear in court tomorrow.
