    A barefoot man on a bike could hold clues to a suspicious fire at a block of Lower Hutt flats this week


    An 82 year old mans been fighting for his life after Stokes Valley's Hanson Grove flats were engulfed by flames early on Tuesday.

    It's believed linked to previous fires at the address.

    Police say the man is a witness and could help their investigation.
