A cold front bringing wintry conditions is moving northeast - and another front will cover New Zealand tomorrow.
A heavy rain watch applies in Hawke's Bay today, with heavy rain persisting.

He says Queenstown will reach about 24 degrees, and 26 is expected for Wanaka and Alexandra.
