New Zealand's latest inflation hike - isn't likely to change much for the Reserve Bank

The rate reached three-percent annually to September.
Today's figures show we're at the upper limit of the central bank's target range, but it was widely expected.
The Herald's Liam Dann says the Reserve Bank won't be changing course, and another OCR cut is still very likely next month.
He says from a big, macroeconomic point of view, this changes nothing.
