Hard work ahead for the Warehouse Group, despite promising shoots emerging from its latest financials

Hard work ahead for the Warehouse Group, despite promising shoots emerging from its latest financials

Half year results show operating profits are down 55 percent, however net profit is 11.8-million -- up from the previous year's 23.7-million net loss.

Retail NZ CE Carolyn Young says the group will be prioritising staying competitive through shifting shopping behaviours.

Young says they'll be working to build back to becoming consumers first port of call, by proving they have the products they need at the price they want.
