Nicole Kidman is reportedly being "romantically pursued" by MGM Resorts boss Paul Salem following her split from Keith Urban

According to TMZ, the Babygirl actress, 58, has caught the attention of the 62-year-old Chairman of the Board of MGM Resorts International after she and her ex-husband Urban, 58, divorced last month.

Sources told the outlet that Salem has made it known within his circle that he is interested in dating the Hollywood star.

However, insiders have stressed that the pair are not currently dating.

Kidman and Salem are said to share mutual friends and have met twice in group settings, but have not spent any time together one-on-one.

The Oscar-winning actress is reportedly single and not actively dating anyone at this stage.

Salem - a highly respected ex ecutive - joined the MGM board in 2018 and became chairman in 2020.

He previously spent nearly three decades at Providence Equity, a major investment firm overseeing a multibillion-dollar portfolio.

The businessman is also among the owners of the Worcester Red Sox and holds degrees from Brown University and Harvard Business School.

He divorced his wife, Navyn Salem, in 2021, and they share four daughters.

The reported romantic interest comes five months after Kidman and Urban announced their separation following 19 years of marriage.

The couple finalised their divorce in January 2026 in Nashville, after filing in September 2025, citing "marital difficulties and irreconcilable differences."

According to court documents seen by the Daily Mail newspaper, the former couple reached an amicable settlement.

They supposedly agreed to waive all claims to child and spousal support, despite both reporting monthly incomes in excess of $100,000.

Kidman is said to have primary custody of their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, for 306 days of the year, while Urban will have them for 59 days - including every other weekend.

Both stars will reportedly retain assets already in their possession, suggesting a prenuptial agreement may have been in place.

Sources previously told People that Kidman feels "refreshed and optimistic" as she moves forward.

She spent the holidays in Australia before returning to Nashville, Tennessee with her daughters and is said to be focused on family life and upcoming projects, including the long-awaited sequel to Practical Magic alongside Sandra Bullock.
