    A tragic end to the week in Christchurch

    A tragic end to the week in Christchurch


    The body of a teen who went missing at Southshore Beach yesterday afternoon has been found by a member of the public this morning.

    Emergency services began searching for the 19-year-old about 3pm yesterday.

    His family and friends gathered at the scene this morning, and walked his body down the beach.

    His death will be referred to the coroner.
