Ministers are being urged to make bold changes to tackle the growing threat of organised crime

A ministerial advisory group has released it's first report since being established in February.
It says methamphetamine use skyrocketed to its highest level last year.
Group chair Steve Symon says a lack of information-sharing between government agencies, is highlighted as a problem.
He says there's concerns they might be breaching privacy rights and cultural issues of not thinking outside a designated agency.
