    Motorists are being told to expect delays in Parnell following a fire this morning


    Crews were called to a three storey commercial premises on Parnell Road just before 7.

    A fire was located on the ground floor, and extinguished.

    Parnell Road between Garfield Street and St Stephens Avenue has been cordoned off in both directions.
