    Two people have been charged with neglect 10 years after the death of a four-year-old girl in Northland's Kaikohe


    Alestra Kepa-Hati suffered a broken arm, broken pelvis and two head injuries in the weeks before her death in October 2015.

    A 60-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman are both facing four neglect charges - three relate to Alestra, and one to another child.

    The pair are due in the Kaikohe District Court tomorrow.
