    Air New Zealand has dodged a series of cabin crew strikes in the countdown to Christmas


    There were plans for multiple groups to take industrial action this week.

    The remaining short-haul crew withdrew their notices of strike action yesterday, replacing them with a deal in principle.

    E tu National Secretary Rachel Mackintosh says it's taken eight months of negotiations to reach this point.
