Health officials have identified six new locations of interest in Feilding as they confirm three further measles cases, linked to recent cases in the Wairarapa

It brings the total number of cases to eight.

One of the new cases is from Manawatu, while the other two are in Wairarapa.

All went into quarantine as recommended, but it's now thought one may have been infectious for a brief period beforehand.

The locations include New World, The Warehouse, Bunnings, Bargain World, the Salvation Army and Arohanui Hospice Shop.

Anyone who visited at the same time should monitor for symptoms.
