A Christchurch man's been arrested, after evading Police for almost a year

The 44-year-old, a known gang associate, had made significant efforts to avoid arrest since last August - including breaching his conditions, failing to appear in court and changing addresses.

The man faces 15 charges, 11 of which relate to drive offs from self-service petrol stations in Waimakariri.
