    New Zealand's largest bank has slashed interest rates... on the eve of the Reserve Bank's Official Cash Rate review


    ANZ has dropped the 6 month rate below 7-percent - to 6.84... with 18 month and 2 year rates dropping to 6.19 percent.

    The rates are still higher than some of it's competitors.
