    A Dunedin man's been charged with manslaughter after his partner's fatal fall from a moving trailer on Brockville Road


    Andrew Jayden Mercer appeared in court this morning, having previously been charged with reckless driving causing injury.

    The victim was critically injured on March 29 - and died in hospital last week.

    Mercer's been released on bail to appear before the High Court next month.
