Three-time MVP Nikola Jokic went down in a heap after hyper-extending his knee during the first half of the Denver Nuggets' road game at the Miami Heat.

The injury came after Jokic was inadvertently stepped on by a Nuggets teammate.

He was able to trudge off the court under his own power, but was ruled out for the rest of the game ... and from 63-all at halftime, the Heat easily saw off the Jokic-less Nuggets, 147 to 123.
