The Breakers' new President of Basketball Operations Dillon Boucher wants to bring the Australian NBL club on the right track when it comes to harnessing local talent on the roster

The Breakers' new President of Basketball Operations Dillon Boucher wants to bring the Australian NBL club on the right track when it comes to harnessing local talent on the roster

The previous season saw centre Sam Mennenga and forward Max Darling as the only Kiwis getting regular minutes, with four others appearing in 10 or fewer games.

Boucher admits the previous ownership struggled to find a balance between winning and developing local players.
