A good news day from our rural sector

A2 Milk, and state-owned farming company - Landcorp - have upgraded their forecasts.

Shares in A2 Milk have rallied sharply, after it lifted its revenue outlook and announced plans to pay dividends - for the first time in its 20-year history.

Landcorp -- also known as Pamu -- expects to make three to five times as much profit as previously forecast.

The recent rise in global dairy prices, is the biggest factor for both companies.
