    High praise for new Crusaders recruit James O'Connor from coach Rob Penney


    The former Wallabies playmaker featured off the bench in the preseason loss to the Blues in Kirwee, providing a couple of try assists.

    Penney says O'Connor will play a pivotal role this Super Rugby season.



    Crusaders pops Finlay Brewer and Seb Calder both suffered shoulder injuries.
