Charges - over a robbery at gunpoint by disguised intruders at a Hamilton steak house on Father's Day

Charges - over a robbery at gunpoint by disguised intruders at a Hamilton steak house on Father's Day

Two offenders pointed a gun at staff at Chartwell's Smith and McKenzie Steak House that morning - and stole a small amount of money.

Armed Offenders Squad members this morning arrested a 41-year-old gang associate, as they searched an Enderley property.

Police also found ammunition, drugs, cash, stolen vehicles and property - and a large quantity of meth hidden in a handbag stashed under a child's blanket.

The man's charged with aggravated robbery, taking a motor vehicle and unlawful firearm possession.
