    HIV awareness group the Burnett Foundation is giving a thumbs up to medication accessibility efforts


    Pharmac's consulting on removing the Special Authority and Hospital Indication criteria for all funded HIV antiretroviral medicines, and going up to to three-monthly dispensing.

    It's also considering allowing prescribers to keep two drugs in clinics for urgent use.

    Foundation spokesman Rodrigo Olin-German says it would be a positive change, increasing adherence and removing barriers..
