Kiwi high jumper Hamish Kerr is giving a sneak peek into the weekly schedule of a world champion

The Cantabrian claimed a maiden title at the World Athletics Champs in Tokyo in September, backing up last year's Olympic gold in Paris while picking up the New Zealand Olympic Committee's Lonsdale Cup for excellence.

Kerr details his training programme which sprung him to become New Zealand's best ever high jumper.
