Police believe a homicide and aggravated burglary in Wellington's Miramar last month are connected

Police believe a homicide and aggravated burglary in Wellington's Miramar last month are connected

Abdul Nabizadah was discovered with serious head injuries at the intersection of Camperdown Road and Totara Road at 2:20am on March 17.

    He later died in hospital.

Police came across him while searching for a home intruder involved in a violent burglary of a nearby home, just 20 minutes before.

Detective Inspector Nick Pritchard says, after parallel investigations, its believed the cases are linked, and Nabizadah was also the victim of a robbery.
