More Kiwis are being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis
8 June 2025
A University of Auckland study reveals 96.6 per 100 thousand people had been diagnosed with the chronic condition at June 2022.
This is three times more than in 2006.

She says it will be beneficial to find out if there are barriers to getting a diagnosis in more deprived areas and what these barriers are.
