Neighbours have reported hearing a commotion from a Hamilton property where a young boy was injured, and died in hospital

A 37-year-old man is due in court today charged with murder, after the eight-year-old was hurt in Bader, yesterday afternoon.

    Two adults were also injured.

Herald reporter Maryana Garcia has been on Anthony Crescent.

She says one neighbour heard aggressive shouting yesterday.

She's been told some neighbours went to the property to see what was going on.
