    A health commentator says Pharmac's Chief Executive will leave behind a legacy mixed with highs and lows


    Sarah Fitt announced here resignation yesterday after being in the top job since 2018.

    Blogger Ian Powell says her greatest achievement was negotiating with powerful pharmaceutical companies during a very difficult time.

    But he says her time wasn't without controversy citing one particular low moment over emails concerning former broadcaster Rachel Smalley.

    He says the regrettable emails displayed a serious problem in the organisation.
