Wynonna Judd's daughter has hit out at the singer and insisted she "was never a mother"

Grace Kelley has accused her former stepfather D.R. Roach - who married Wynonna in 2003 and filed for divorce four years later after he was charged with sexual battery against an unnamed minor - of abusing her and her mom of using her wealth to "cover it all up"

Grace - whose father is the 61-year-old singer's first husband Arch Kelley III - alleged the country star only took action when her spouse's arrest became public knowledge.

Speaking to The Daily Progress, she revealed herself as the victim for the first time and said: "When they found out in counselling what he had done to me, they're like, 'Wait a minute. We're going to report this to law enforcement.'

"When he was arrested and it came out in the news, that's when she divorced him.

"So is my mom rich? Yeah, she's so rich that she was able to sweep me under the rug and abuse me and then cover it all up. I don't want to talk bad about my mom, but we'll just say she's a good performer. She was never a mother."

Grace's daughter Kaliyah, three, is currently in Wynonna's care after being arrested twice just months after completing another jail sentence for violating the terms of her probation following a 2016 arrest for drug possession, but she has turned her life around after getting sober and focusing on her faith.

She said: "My story is so messed up. Between 12 and 17, I was in 14 different facilities."

And now she is working on a memoir to tell her difficult story.

She said: "I believe that now's my time. I never had a voice, and I was iffy about talking about all this stuff, but no matter what is said about me, the Bible says the truth will set you free."

Singer hitmaker Wynonna - who married Cactus Moser in 2012 - previously spoke of how she threw Roach out of her home "within the hour" after his arrest.

She told Oprah Winfrey in 2010: "He was out of the house within the hour. I called him everything I could think of. I had a moment where I let it all fly, and then it was done.

"I trusted him with my life, and I didn't want to stop trusting [people].

Because of the child, I won't speak about it. It's their story [to tell] when they're ready to talk. That's what's so scary, is that it is someone that you know. There's a trust there. There's a bond...

"The best revenge is living well. I cleaned out my house, got rid of everything that reminded me of him."
