The 37-year-old batter is set to play at least three more games for the Melbourne Renegades before calling time, having stepped away from internationals last February.
Meanwhile, Hobart have snapped a 10-match losing streak away from Tasmania with a six-wicket triumph over the Renegades.
The Hurricanes restricted their opponents to 147 for four - 41 not out from Corey Anderson steered them home with eight balls to spare.
