    A 52-year-old man, charged with a triple homicide in Rotorua last month, can now be named


    Justin Matthew Jeffries has appeared in the High Court in Rotorua today, charged with murdering Glendon Brent Currin and Jessie Florence Currin.

    Police say the pair, in their late 70s, both died in hospital after being assaulted in their Western Heights home on September 23rd.

    Jeffries is also facing charges for the murder of 59 year-old Michelle Nicola Schiller who was found dead at her Utihina home on the same day.

    He's been remanded in custody and will re-appear in a month.
