    Saturday : Southwest 15 knots, easing to variable 10 knots in the evening.
    Sea slight.
    Very long period southwest swell 2 metres.
    Sunday : Variable 10 knots, northerly 25 knots developing in the morning, rising to 35 knots south of Abut Head in the evening.
    Sea becoming very rough in the south.
    Long period southwest swell 2 metres, easing.
    Northwest swell 2 metres, developing.
    Poor visibility in developing morning rain, mainly south of Cape Foulwind.

    Outlook following 3 days:
    Monday: Northerly 35 knots, becoming westerly 15 knots in the afternoon.
    Very rough sea easing.
    Moderate northwest swell.
    Tuesday: Southwest 15 knots, becoming southerly 10 knots but southwest 25 knots offshore later.
    Sea becoming rough offshore.
    Heavy northwest swell easing.
    Heavy southwest swell developing.
    Wednesday: Becoming variable 10 knots early.
    Rough sea easing.
    Heavy southwest swell easing.
