Outlook following 3 days: Tuesday: Northwest 30 knots but westerly 20 knots south of East Cape, rising to westerly 30 knots everywhere in the morning, easing to 20 knots in the evening. Sea becoming rough for a time. Moderate southwest swell developing, but moderate northwest swell developing north of East Cape. Wednesday: Southwest 20 knots.
